How to Set-up Mobile Hotspot on Android

The easiest way to open a mobile hotspot is to drag the drawer down and here you will see the button of Mobile hotspot and you can easily turn it on by tapping on it.

Here’s how you manually open a mobile hotspot:

  1. Launch the Settings.
  2. Tap on Portable hotspot.
  3. Tap on a portable hotspot again, (Now your hotspot is turned on).
  4. Come back, And tap on set up a portable hotspot, In this page, you can give an SSID name, Password, Security type and select a Device Notification.

You can also use Bluetooth tethering feature but this feature is slower than WiFi and USB. I would never recommend that you use these features. But if you want to use these features, you can follow the instruction given below:
